Won't sync
Cannot sync from my phone to computer

For me to check, may I please have the following:
- Screenshot of the error message if there is.
- What Box app are you using? Is it Box Sync or Box drive?
- Have you tried logging out/in of the Box app you're using? If not, please try to do so.
