    I try to remove the old version of box but I was kept on asking the driver but I don't have.

    Can you send me the driver to remove the old version so that I can update the box.

    I still cannot get an answer.

    The following prompt when I try to updated the box. Kindly advise me the way to update box so that I can use box in my notebook.

    My mailbox is kam3767@gmail.com.

    Was this ever solved? I have this exact problem with a newer version.I compltly uninstalled box going through the Regit and everything but it still gives the same error
