Terrible download speeds (Business Plan) - Box technicians not helping
Is Box capping the speed of accounts? Cannot believe the money I have been paying for situations like this: 68.4 KB/s - 10.1 MB of 24.5 MB, 4 mins left
I have contacted support numerous times who request speed tests both online and through command line, and despite it clearly being a problem from their end, they continue to treat it as if it is from my end. On my VPS from America with 2TB download speed I was getting the same Box download speeds, and I am also getting the same Box download speeds from Australia with 150mbit internet speed.
Google Drive, One Drive - all I do not have this problem with at all.
I asks the technicians and even live chat what download speeds we are entitled to, and neither of them would answer the question. Absolutely no transparency for long time paying customers, which should apply to even new customers.
I return to my original question, is Box download speeds capped, and if they are not, should I just move to Google Drive or One Drive?
