Files Disappearing

Hi,

My company's media assets are missing and I'm hoping to get those recovered. 

They were not deleted by me or by anyone on my team. These are critical files and I really would like to speak to someone about this matter as soon as possible.

  Welcome to the Box Community! 

  From what I can see on my end, it looks like this is collaborated folder. I would suggest to directly contact the owner and have this check. You may also check this article on how to manage trash: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash

  I need these files back immediately and I would like to know if they can be restored. We've lost years of data.
