password reset daily - no support ?
since monday this week I have been unable to login to my account and had to reset my password 3 times ?? whats going on and why is there no way to contact support ? what a load of crap.

As per your type of account, the only way to contact support is through this forum. From what I can see on your account, it looks like it is not on the bounce or suppression list. Please check your virus scan, Internet Service Provider, or company's mail server or firewall. Please make sure that your email client is not blocking emails from:
- notify-e.box.com
- notify-w.box.com
- notify.box.com
- track.notify-e.box.com
- track.notify-w.box.com
- track.box.com
