    Hi Matt,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Any changes in the local Box Sync folder are replicated on Box and vice versa. Sometimes Box Sync is unable to sync a change because another change on the same item occurred around the same time.

    In order for us to make sure the files are synced. Please make sure that these files are uploaded to Box.
