    I see that your email is active. To reset the password for your Box account, follow this process: Visit https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account.

    If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.
    Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password.

    Thanks Aj for your advice, i've try so many times to reset password but im still not receive that link on my inbox or spam folder of my email.

     

    any idea?
