Change email address
Hi,
I would like to change the existing email address on my account to a personal email address. As I already had an account with this personal email I have deleted it. However, when I try to add this personal email to my other account the system states I already have an account with this address. Do I need to wait a few days for the system to catch up or can you help with this process please.

I have the same issue: I need to change the login email of my account but I didn't understand to whom send the request (I read around that should be the administrator but no idea about who it could be and didn't find any email address in Box site).
Could you please help me ?

Hi. I have been using a Box account with my corporate employer. This is set up with my work email, however I am about to retire and would like to change my email to my personal address. I have deleted all of the work folders and content and need to keep my "Personal" file along with the contents. Can you please advise how I can achieve this.

This method worked perfectly for me. Fast and easy...
Free users will need to add or "Link Personal Email" to be able to change your primary email address in Box.
To add an email address:
- Click Link Personal Email.
- Enter your new email address and click the Save button.
- An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
- Once your secondary email is linked and verified, you will have the option to "Make it Primary".To make a secondary address your primary address, just click Make Primary button.
