Cannot Verify email
I am trying to verify an address for use with my box account, as my current primary address, which is this one, does not allow me to view university files for UCLA. I have taken steps to add my university email to my box account. When I click on the verification link from that email, it sends me to a page asking for a password when unable to login with single sign on. However, when I attempt to hit enter, after putting in a different password, I either get a page saying "box.zendesk.com" refused to connect (despite enabling cookies) if I am using chrome, or the button does nothing and I am stuck on the password page if I am using Safari. Could you please assist with this?

I am having the same issue. I am trying to change my email address for my box account and it WILL NOT LET ME. I get box zendesk thing. And I can't find a way to contact ANYONE at box to get anything done about it. So I am stuck with an OLD email address. How can I get this changed. my correct email is aba.brazelle@gmail.com. It needs to be changed please.
