Can not receive passwod reset email
Hi,
My team is using the enterprise box service. One of my colleagues cannot receive the password reset email after clicking "forgot password".
No email in the junk folder also.
Account Email address: [personal information--redacted]
Pls help check, or can send the reset link to my email address instead.
