System.HttpResponse[Status=Bad Request, StatusCode=400]

When I am trying to upload a file it's giving System.HttpResponse[Status=Bad Request, StatusCode=400] this error, however URL looks fine. When we try again its getting uploaded.

It means sometimes getting uploaded and sometimes it's not. Not able to understand the issue properly as the Endpoint is correct.

Any suggestions here.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
