Preview works for only some files on my box account

Hi I am new to box but I am having trouble with the file preview options. It only works for some files and not others is there a setting that I need to change.

  For me to check, may I please have the following: 

  • Screenshot of what it looks like when you access the file?
  • Are you the owner of the file you're trying to preview?
  • Does it happen to all the file type?
