OAuth 2.0 Access Token Error

I am trying to get a list of files in a BOX using the BOX API.
I got the access token from the client secret and client ID.
When I try to use the access token to call the API, I get an error message saying that authentication is invalid.
When I used the developer token, it was allowed.
Is there a bug in the access token?
