I would like to know the permission to execute the following API for "Add a shared link to a file".

PUT https://api.box.com/2.0/files/{file_id}
https://ja.developer.box.com/reference/put-files-id--add-shared-link/

I would like to know the list of official executable permissions.

I would appreciate it if you could tell me the permission level of the collaborator who can execute the "Add a shared link to a file" API.

  TL'DR: You need at least viewer permissions to created a shared link
