Box Sync Backup on New Computer

Good day,

I´m trying to add my box files to a new computer but when I try to add my files I cant´s see most of my files. It says the last file I updated was in november 2021 and I´ve been working on box as of yesterday may 31th, 2022. Please help me gather my files back, all my work is there.
