Autocad LT integration stopped working

We store most of our autocad drawings in Box through the desktop box app and I haven't had an issue with it until about 2 weeks ago. Part of my functionality with Autocad which is dependent on Box data stopped working, my blocks palette and drawing history utilities. I get this error from Box, I can't find a way to re log into Box though or how to reset the integration.

  I forgot to mention but I have already opened a case with Auto Desk (AutoCad support) and they directed me to Box.
