Can't open Files on Desktop App
I work on an iMac at my office and we share files through Box's desktop app. I am managing to save and open projects that I've worked on on my computer but as soon as I try to open any other ones it tries to download but fails to do so. I can still download via the website but this is causing issues with my daily workflow. Any idea what the issue is?
