Me too. My files are not syncing on my Mac OS. I am getting sync errors that I don't know how to fix.
Same. Has customer service given anyone advice other than to restart or reinstall? Very frustrating.
Hey, me too! Just started happening recently; at least I only noticed it today. If I open the Box website and edit the file from there, it works, so that's a workaround (annoying workaround!).
Today, after restarting, synchronization is working again.
