Unable to open files from BoxDrive Ver 2.27.220
From BoxDrive, I can access the directory path, but when I try to open the file
When I try to open a file, I get a "File not found. It may have been renamed, moved or now deleted." is displayed.
This problem has been occurring since BoxDrive was suddenly updated to the following version.
The upgrade was forced and no dialer was displayed to confirm the start.
Box version: 2.27.220

Can you quit/ exit Box Drive app if its running on your computer and then start the app again and see if that helps?
If the issue persists, can you try Manually Resetting your Box Drive and make sure to follow the steps in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697494-Using-Box-Drive-Basics

Please try doing a clean uninstall of Box Drive by following the instructions as outlined in this community article below.
When you are done, please reinstall Box Drive following this article:
In the meantime, if you need to access or copy your files stored in Box, you may login to Box.com via web browser (Box webapp).
