Error 0x800704D5 Downloading Files to Local Desktop
Hello. I am working with .mov files in Box drive and cannot change them to a more compressed file type. These files are usually 800MB-1.1GB in size. I've found that I usually cannot open them into a video player directly out of the Box drive cloud folder, as it causes my computer to freeze up. This means I must copy-paste the files to my local desktop, which usually results in the error code listed in the title. When I retry the download or cancel it and try the copy-paste process again, the download will usually freeze at the same spot and give the same error code. Bandwidth is not the issue, as I have a wired, high-speed connection and I have a competent disk drive, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

Hi Brett,
Welcome to the Box Community!
Since Box Drive uses cache data so you can access your files locally, have you tried to mark the folder where this file is located for offline and see if this makes any difference when viewing the file? Can you try this and let us know how it goes?
To learn more on marking folders for offline use in Box Drive, please take a look at this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697574-Making-Content-Available-Offline
