Files not downloading on Mac
I work on a Macbook Pro and I am not able to open/download any files on the Box desktop app. I am able to save and open files on my computer, but when I try to open any other ones it tries to download but fails to do so. I am able to download from the website, but this is a major hassle. Please help!

Here too—this is a serious detriment. I also am unable to move files from one box folder to another. Basically nothing happens if I drag and drop a file into a new folder, it just shows a window with the blue bar bouncing back and forth as if it's trying to move the file. The file is 2KB large, so it shouldn't be too hard to move.

Can you try to quit Box Drive from you menu bar and then start the app again?
