    If your organization need to change the Admin of your Box, please make sure to follow the guidelines in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044193393-Admin-Transfer-Protocol-for-Departed-Admins 

    If you run in any issue and unable to proceed, please let us know and provide additional details such screenshot of the error you encounter when you go through these steps.

    Hi we are having the same issue, the current admin of box has left the company and we need to change the admin, I am not able to submit the support ticket for that.
