    I'm really sorry to hear that the issue persists with Box Drive!

    Can you try doing a clean uninstall of Box Drive by following the instructions as outlined in this community article below. 

    When you are done, please restart your computer and then proceed reinstall Box Drive following this article:

    In the meantime, if you need to access or copy your files stored in Box, you may login to Box.com via web browser (Box webapp).

    I followed your steps and uninstall and re-installed again. Once complete, box notified me to install an update, which I did, and the errors continued.

    Please advise.
