Is there any way to recover files that were deleted more than 3 years back.

  Unfortunately, we cannot recover contents that have been deleted for more than 3 years. Box Product Support can help recover deleted items within 14-days of deletion from Trash. Beyond this 14-day grace period, files or folders purged from your Box trash may not be recoverable and may be lost forever.
