Downloading error message
I am new to Box and I'm trying to download my invoices. I get the following message that i can not download. Can someone help me with this?

From the screenshot you shared, it looks like you are unable to 'preview' the file in Box, and this can happen due to many reasons such as the file is password protected or if its watermarked.
May I ask what happens when you click the "Download" button? Have you tried to download the file using other browsers?
