What the heck is this URL given me from the Drive App c4.0.8057

It took me to a page with no Support Option? So I submitted the logs anyhow, but nothing happened afterward. MY problem is I cant stay logged in. Daily when I tunn on the laptop, I get this dialog box below.

Please follow the steps below:
Quit Box Sync from running on your machine
Go to Windows Explorer and type in the Search Files and Folders "RegEdit", and open RegEdit
Go to Key Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Box\BoxSync
Add a new DWORD named UseWin32CryptoKeyring and set the value to 1 Reply Click out
Restart your machine
Launch Box SyncPlease make sure to select Dword 32 bit from the context menu and name it "UseWin32CryptoKeyring" then add set the Value to 1.
