Restoring/recovering deleted files

Some one of our team, I don't know who, misoperated and deleted the folder that is very important. I need it to be restored. And I looked into my Trash I couldn't find it. What can I do to restore the folder. If the individual free Plan does not enable me to restore it which can do?
