Click Through NDA for Folder Access

I'm trying to set up a Box folder that will serve as a private dataroom.  Is there any way for a folder invitee to be pushed to a click through NDA before they are granted access to the materials within the folder?

    Have you checked out this article on using the 'Custom Terms of Service' feature? https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044192733-Using-Custom-Terms-Of-Service 

    The Custom Terms of Service feature can be enabled in your Business Plus, and higher, Box account to require that all collaborators view and agree to a terms of service document before accessing your company’s Box content. This feature is available via both the UI and API.

    This might be relevant to what you need to achieve.
