Missing Upload button and Issue with members receiving invite

Good afternoon-

My team has been trying to use box and I sent invites to everyone and only a few people received them. Then the additional invites I tried to resend still didn't go through. So I gave them the link and now those using the link do not see an upload button. This is making things quite difficult. 

Can someone assist?
