Can't delete the account due to "error"

    Have you tried to logout and then log back in to Box.com with your Box credentials? Did you try doing this using other browser or use incognito mode?

    In addition, can you make sure that you follow this article when deleting or cancelling your account: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043694874-Canceling-Your-Box-Account 

    If the issue persists, can you please share a screenshot of the error so we can take a closer look? We look forward to hear from you!
