Lost access to my Box University of Utah account
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am a new alumnus of the University of Utah. I was using the data stored on my UBox drive, which included a lot of my research data from my master's degree. I have suddenly lost access to the Ubox drive. Some of the data on the drive wasn't backed up at my end and I was relying on the Ubox service meanwhile figuring out ways to create a backup.
I am requesting to restore my Ubox access temporarily, even if it is for a day only so I could safely back up my data.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
You would need to reach out to your University Box Admin that is managing your University Box account regarding access to your University Box. If you do not know who the Box Admin is, I recommend contacting your IT or internal helpdesk and they should be able to route you to the person managing your previous account.
