Will not load on MacBook Pro
The desktop app will not load on my MacBook Pro. I have installed the app and, after a popup window that asks to ALLOW using the security&privacy tab, and opening the lock icon with a master password, the app still will not load.

May I know what Box Desktop are you using, is it Box Drive or Box Sync? Can you share a screenshot of the popup window that you encounter that prevents you from launching the application so we can take a closer look?
