    I have a similar problem with Box App, how do I create a ticket? I can download files that have been uploaded after an OS reinstall but not ones that were there before the install. Could this be a permissions or trust issue as because the Mac has had a fresh OS installed? The Box app may not trust that it's the same computer that uploaded the previous files? I am currently having to download all my old files via browser than open files from the box app as normal for work.

    I have the same problem with my mac. It does not synch since about 5 or 6 weeks already! What can I do?

    Box has suddenly stopped synchronizing my files with my office computer. "Synch" is turned ON. Please help.

    Same here, box synch does not work on Mac. Most of my colleagues experience the same issues. Sometimes you can synch by hitting the little clouds on Finder, but most of the time it just doesn't work. We recently changed from Windows PCs (where Box worked well) to Mac. Perhaps Box simply doesn't work on Mac and we need to switch to an alternative cloud provider. Can someone from support get in touch?
