Please tell me how to fix "used space" error
I have deleted all files in my box account, but Box reports that I have 1GB in use.
How can I fix it? How can you fix it? Can a script be run on my account?

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
