Storage inconsistency
My account thinks that I have no storage remaining but I have 0G. Can I have this reset in order to upload files?

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
