External collaboration is not possible
When I try to add an external collaboration, the disabled user is shown as unable to invite to the collaboration

This error message typically appears if you try to invite a Box user with a 'deactivated Box account'. The user could have deactivated/ canceled his account or is part of an Enterprise with deactivated account.
You need to reach out to the external user you are trying to invite and let them know of this error and have them request account reactivation to Box Product Support team. If they are part of a Business or Enterprise Box, please have them contact their Box Admin to further assist on this.
