Download File - Request Time Out Issue

streamTask.Wait();
We are facing the "Request time out error" in the line 'streamTask.Wait();' while attempt to downloading the file size above 1MB.
Note: Earlier up to 8MB files were downloaded successfully. But past two days file download above 1MB was getting failed.
We request to address this issue and respond to us ASAP!
We would also like to understand the account (Client ID) we using have any limitations.
