    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    If you wish to run a report to see what folders or files a certain managed user have access on their Box, you may run a "Folders and Files" report.

    The Folders and Files report contains information about the content in your Box account. Business Plus and higher accounts can filter Folders and Files reports by user, group, or folder.

    To run this report, go to the Admin Console > Reports > Create Report > choose "Folders and files" report, and then filter using the name of the managed user you wish to run this report for.
