    Did you sign up to Box using the same email address the collaboration invite was sent to? 

    Do you mind providing us a screenshot of what you see on your Box (if there are any error message) after you clicked the 'Accept invite' button while logged into your Box account so we can take a look?

    This happens to me with every invitation to collaborate that I receive. I do log into Box with the email address to which the invitation was sent. I am at wits' end and don't want to have to tell my client that I cannot access what they have invited me to access. Help! Thank you.

    I am currently having this issue.  Is there a fix for this yet?  I have been sent the invite twice and still cannot access the box folder to share files.  Do i need to upgrade the account?

    I had to ask the sender to cancel the invite and resend it and that helped.
