wrong box checked

When I signed up I checked that I was part of Mathematica . I will be sending information to them but do not work for them.  It was suggested by Mathematica rep that I cancel this link and reenter . Please advise how to do this or change my association .   thanks

  I had a chance to look into your profile linked to this post and I see it is a Personal Free Box so your account is definitely not part of any other Box association or organization. 

  I am a little unsure of what you are trying to accomplish, could you please provide more details on what you are trying to do?
