    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    When you said you can't accept the Terms of service of an item that was shared to you, are you having issue viewing the entire terms of service page, specifically the "Accept /Agree" button? If the ToS appears cropped, this can be solved by adjusting the view settings of your browser using the "Zoom" option.

    • Click the three dots at the top right corner of google chrome(below the X)
    • From there you should be able to decrease the "Zoom" option to see the entire ToS popup which should have the accept button you are looking for.

    Hi France,
    Thanks for responding. I can view the terms of services page however Accept/agree button is not visible. I see three dots and I am clicking on that I can only see “Decline” and not “Accept”.
