Saving and uploading files to Box via box drive error
When I usually upload and save from photoshop to box, I go through box drive. Recently this has been happening where every other file or so will be 0B on Box and on finder it will show up with a cloud and an "!" saying 'file does not exist'
This happens with box psd files and png. Saving as 0B and I can not see a preview on Box.

yes, happening recently to my company too. I have a ticket open under another account and haven't heard anything back. A current workaround is to move the doc from the folder it originated on to a local folder- desktop, etc- then move it back to the box folder. that fixes it but obv is not a long term fix.
