The report of free space is wrong

This a big issue with box... I'm using 36GB but Box reports 43GB. Support guys, could you please run the script in order to fix the free space reports...?

  I don't have any file in my Box and the system reports 100MB used.... You are right... is a annoying issue.

  I'm having a similar issue. My box drive has zero files, yet it reports 3.8 gb is being used. How can I contact someone to fix this? Thank you.
