Cipher suites of Box
Hello,
Our customers who use our Box connector have reported the following problems:
[Problem]
Our Box connector that connects to your service (Box) has been unable to connect since July of this year.
We have not found any announcement or warning information from you related to the connectivity of our connector, and our peripheral equipment users have requested that the problem be fixed.
[Assumed cause]
According to our peripheral‘s communication logs, our peripheral no longer connects to Box because the cipher suites supported by our peripherals and Box do not match. (Our connector works on the peripheral and the peripheral connects directly to the Box)
[Our request]
Our first choice is that the Box cipher suite specifications be back to before July state so that our connector/peripheral can connect to the Box.
Our second choice is that the Box cipher suite specifications be back to before July state temporary. If a temporary period is established, we will add a new cipher suite to our peripherals during that period.
