I can see folders and files, but cannot access preview or download

Please help.  the Error message times out and says "We're sorry, the preview didnt load.  This document may be protected."

I have previously been accessing these folders and files with no problems.  So what has changed?

  It would be best if you check the file with the owner or collaborator to see if they too are having some access issues.
