Can't find collaborator after accepting invite.
I accepted an invite, registered on site. I downloaded the app. I can't find the collaborator. I searched him by his name and also the code on the invite email. There is no way of speaking directly to a Box employee. The app is useless and its very frustrating trying to contact support. The website is very poorly designed.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
If you want to see the list of people you are collaborating with, just click your display image or profile pic in Box.com and then the dropdown should include the "Collaborators" option. Click that and it 'll show the list of people you are collaborating with with their email addresses.
If you still can't find the collaborator on this list, that means your access to the collaborative content has been removed so you would have to contact the person that invited you and request to re-add you to the folder again.

Can you confirm with the sender which email the invitation is being sent to? It should match the email address that you used to signup in Box in order for you to access the folder.
If you've confirmed if the correct email address, can you ask the officer to remove you from the folder and then invite you again instead of using the resent option.
