Deactivate MFA
My organisation, Opinr Inc., had setup a Box account with SMS-based MFA. For this we'd set up a phone service that receives the Box MFA code and messages it to a few folks in our org. Unfortunately, the phone service expired and hence we're unable to receive MFA codes
Considering this issue, we request you to please deactivate MFA on the account so that we can then enable QR-code based MFA
Please let me know what account details you'd require from us
