About error when authenticating jwt by ruby sdk

I get the following error when authenticating:

Please tell me what to do.

403: Bearer realm="Service", error="insufficient_scope", error_description="The request requires higher privileges than provided by the access token." (Boxr::BoxrError)

  Hi, 

  This error typically means You didn't provide your application the appropriate scopes for the action you are trying to do. 

  Can you tell me what api endpoints you are using?
