I've seen a couple of other posts about this but no resolution. I moved a folder Friday night - 48 hours ago - but it's in the wrong location. I've been trying to move it again for 2 days but I keep getting the error that You cannot copy this folder because either the source or destination folder is currently locked by another operation. I opened a support ticket but I don't have an enterprise support plan. This needs to be moved before my users are back Tuesday morning. I can't find a way to pay for a one-time support call. Any suggestions?

The message that you encounter usually is caused by another action that is still taking place or still in progress. Also, if the folder that was moved is pretty big, it can take sometime to complete however our Product support team can help check the status of the folder move for you.
I see that you already have an open ticket for this issue and our representative is now investigating, please continue working with them and check your email for updates.
