    Can you please try to re-open or re-create the Box Note and see if it'll work?

    Then, please try using another network connection, it is possible that it might be a network problem.

    Hi! I tried duplicating the box note and it did not work. And I have tried on multiple networks, as have a couple of my colleagues and they get the same notification, so I don't believe the problem is the network. Thank you for your help!
